Turbo Moka, Limited Edition Cortina d'Ampezzo
The three-cup coffee maker created in collaboration with the Municipality of Cortina. The Turbo Moka was born in Cortina in 2024, from the need to consume less gas without sacrificing the pleasure of a good coffee. In a magnificent place where resources are precious, we understand the importance of not wasting them. Available exclusively at the Cortina Cooperative and in our online store, this special edition pays homage to the place where it was invented: a UNESCO World Heritage Site of extraordinary natural beauty.
In side-by-side tests on the same stove and flame, the 3-cup Turbo Moka brews in 106 seconds versus 158 seconds for a classic moka of equal size: 33% less time on the flame, and less gas for every coffee.
Its finned aluminium base, inspired by turbine-engine design, presents 2.89× more surface area to the flame than a classic moka, capturing heat that a flat base lets escape.
Every Turbo Moka is 100% Made in Italy, manufactured in Omegna, Piemonte and Milan, the birthplace of the original moka pot.
Optimized for gas stoves, compatible with electric stoves, and works with induction cooktops when used with a suitable adapter.

Keep the flame within the base. The pot becomes hot: handle only by the handle and knob, keep children away. Never open or unscrew while hot or under pressure. Do not obstruct the safety valve. Do not use in the oven, microwave or dishwasher. Replace gasket and filter when worn. Not suitable for children.
