Shipping & Replacement Policy

Each Turbo Moka is individually handcrafted, so minor surface imperfections are normal and do not affect its performance. For this reason, cosmetic variations are not eligible for return. However, if your product arrives with functional defects or damages that compromise its use (e.g., lid does not close properly, structural damage), please contact us with clear photos of the issue.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Notify us by email at info@turbomoka.it or with the model withdrawal form below, then ship the product back within 14 days to MAUA S.r.l., Via dei Lavoratori 9, 20090 Buccinasco (MI), Italy. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.

• The product must be complete, unused beyond what is necessary to check its nature and functioning, and in its original packaging where possible; any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that may be deducted from the refund.
• Import duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to refusal to pay import duties, taxes or customs charges, the cost of the return shipment and any related fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund

We refund the full price paid, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or of receiving proof that you have shipped them, if earlier), using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Exclusions: personalised products

Personalised products (engraved bases, tote bags printed with your logo, and any item made to your specification) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. This does not affect the legal guarantee of conformity.

How to request a refund

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@turbomoka.it with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
