Entirely made in Italy. In workshops that had gone quiet.
Turbo Moka is made in the Italian workshops that fell idle when moka production left the country: a short supply chain within northern Italy, and third-generation hands back at the work they know.
Three prototype generations
From a kitchen experiment to a mature production piece.

The foundry
Ingots are melted and poured into ceramic shells; once the metal has set, the shell is broken away by hand.

Machining and finishing
The turbine fins are cut on the machining centre and the boiler is drilled for the safety valve. Then the surface: a chemical bath, hours in the corn-cob polishing drum, and a final inspection by hand.

The components
Handle and top knob are moulded in Bergamo from food-safe resin. Filter, gasket and safety valve are the standard moka parts, stocked everywhere.
The assembly: Milano

In Milan, all the components come together. Each pot is assembled, checked, packed and shipped around the world: a piece of Italian craftsmanship for every kitchen.
