Return and Refund Policy

Summary

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery (one day more than the 14-day EU legal right of withdrawal).
  • Refund: full product price plus standard outbound shipping, to the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the return.
  • Return shipping: paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  • Not returnable: personalised items (engraved, printed with your logo, made to your specification), unless damaged or defective.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 15 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Notify us by email at info@turbomoka.it or with the model withdrawal form below, then ship the product back within 14 days of your notice to MAUA S.r.l., Via dei Lavoratori 9, 20090 Buccinasco (MI), Italy.

  • The product must be complete, unused beyond what is necessary to check its nature and functioning, and in its original packaging where possible. Any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that may be deducted from the refund.
  • Import duties, taxes and customs fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us because the recipient refused to pay import duties, taxes or customs charges, the cost of the return shipment and related fees will be deducted from the refund.

How to request a return

Email info@turbomoka.it with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.

Refunds

We refund the full price paid, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof that you have shipped them, if earlier), using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Personalised products

Personalised products (engraved bases, tote bags printed with your logo, and any item made to your specification) are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping. Each Turbo Moka is individually finished by hand, so minor surface variations are normal and are not considered defects. This does not affect your right of withdrawal or the two-year legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 128–135 of the Italian Consumer Code).
